This half day course is designed for any care workers who support individuals to eat and drink.
The course provides an introduction to the importance of nutrition, hydration and diet in regards to elderly people and those with physically disabling conditions.
You will gain an understanding of how to support diet choices, how to identify and overcome concerns and how to record nutrition and hydration needs.
