Food Safety Awareness - care staff, personal assistants, health care workers, general public and anyone that may handle, prepare or serve food but where it is not necessarily their main job role
Award in Food Safety - Levels 1-2 - care staff and health care workers who work in the kitchen regularly, new catering staff and assistants
CIEH Accredited: Introduction to Food Safety - any staff
(any person mentioned above who needs/would prefer an accredited version of the training)
CIEH Accredited: Intermediate Food Safety - managers and senior staff
CIEH Accredited: Foundation in Food Safety - kitchen staff, chefs, cooks

Course Details
General topics that these courses cover:
- Hazards and controls
- Food safety management and temperature controls
- Food poisoning control
- Personal hygiene (including hand hygiene), cleaning, disinfection and how to reduce the spread of infection
- Food pests
- The role of the food handler in keeping food safe
- The health and safety responsibilities of self, employer and other workers
